1. Agreement & operator
By using ymaplify you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Marc Kaio Hasler, Siebenmatten 79, 5032 Aarau Rohr, Switzerland. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service
ymaplify provides a personal travel map: save places, plan trips, parse links. Features may change during beta.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your login and for keeping credentials secure. One person per account unless team features say otherwise.
4. Your content
You retain rights to pins and notes you create. You grant us a licence to host and display them to provide the service.
5. Acceptable use & moderation
No illegal or rights-infringing content, scraping abuse, attempts to break rate limits or security, impersonation, spam, threats or harassment. We may remove reported content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary. Report concerns to info@ymaplify.com.
6. AI & third-party data
Parsed place data may be imperfect. Verify important bookings independently. Third-party map tiles and links have their own terms.
7. Premium
Paid features are billed through Stripe for web checkout (or the relevant app store where applicable). Subscriptions renew until cancelled; refunds follow the platform's policy.
8. Disclaimer
Service provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of places, or fitness for a particular trip.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ymaplify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the app.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms. You may stop using the service or schedule account deletion in Data & privacy settings at any time.
11. Governing law
Swiss law applies. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or mandatory jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
